Live and Not Die is a nonprofit organization founded by Terran and Alexis Gilbert in 2019. We are committed to prioritizing mental health and empowering youth and young adults to discover their value, embrace their identity, and boldly pursue their life’s purpose. We believe that every individual was created with intention and gifted with a calling worth cultivating. Through mentorship, community support, and transformative experiences, we create safe spaces for healing, growth, and purpose-driven living. Our mission is to help this generation not just survive—but truly live.

At Live And Not Die, we are grateful to partner with colleges, universities, and organizations like Feed the Children to extend our mission to campuses and communities in need. We provide holistic support to students—offering counseling, mentorship, and financial assistance, as well as meeting critical needs like food, clothing, and shelter. These partnerships allow us to pour into the next generation, helping them protect their mental health, discover their value, and boldly walk in their purpose.
